High quality investment  castings made of various metal alloys employ single-use ceramic casting shells. The bottleneck in the production process is often the long curing times of existing binder systems used to prepare the ceramic shells. We offer novel rapid cure, low-VOC binder solutions based on polyoxymetallates to combine high curing speed with improved process reliability.
